The Field Service 2.0 app by SoniQ Services brings time tracking and shift management to the next level.
Employee RegistrationNew employees register themselves with their most important data and documents directly in the app. By continuously completing his employee profile, the supervisor receives all relevant information for the dynamic shift planning. The registered employee data have direct impact on "Disposition and Dynamic Shift Planning".
Task Management
An interactive daily planner informs and reminds the employee about his daily tasks and takes short-term changes into account. The cleaner is guided through his working day and assigned areas and tasks are only shown to him. The current cleaning status is shown in real time to the supervisor and, if required, to the commercial client.
Time Tracking & Time Sheets
The employee checks in at the beginning of his shift. He receives an overview of his working time data on a weekly, monthly or annual basis and can obtain an up-to-date overview at any time. This records the hours worked, vacation days and absences.
Photo Upload & Performance Documentation
The user can upload and comment on services at task level on site through photo documentation. The documentation can be sent to the supervisor and, if required, to the commercial client.
Chat Function
Chat function with photo and video documentation - as easy as What's App. Enables communication at area and task level to the assigned cleaner within their working hours. The mobile interaction between the participants is thus GDPR-compliant.
Multilinguality
Users can view and operate the interface with the same content in multiple languages. This allows everyone to communicate clearly about tasks at any time.
GPS Tracking
The start and end of the user’s work shift is recorded with a time and location stamp (GPS).
Sick Leave
Users manage their absence due to illness via app. The object manager is therefore informed immediately and the data is taken into account during scheduling and dynamic shift planning.
Vacation Planning
Management of the planned vacation days of the individual employees via app. The object manager can accept and reject vacation requests. The data is taken into account during scheduling and dynamic shift planning.
Supplies Ordering
The user sends a notification about cleaning materials directly via the app to the Service Manager. The photo function and entry of the product name as well as the quantity ensure a fast ordering process for materials and supplies.
